Bob Copper owns Self Storage 101, an industry consulting firm specializing in market and feasibility studies, due diligence and other industry-specific projects. He’s also co-owner Copper Storage Management, an independent, third-party firm that specializes in remote facility management. As a self-storage owner and operator himself, Bob understands the operational side of the business as well as development and investment.
