Shannon Charbonneau

Shannon Charbonneau is vice president of client solutions for XPS Solutions, a Richardson, Texas-based self-storage call center, where she’s worked since 2011. XPS supports clients at all stages of need, providing everything from simple automated payments and mobile apps to live-agent rentals, tenant support and fully remote managers. Shannon has spent the last several years meeting with facility operators from all over the country to learn how to best meet their needs in the ever-changing self-storage landscape.
